3 rounds interview, case study behavioral interview with ED 1 on 1, technical interview with another ED 1 on 1
some candidate might receive 4th round interview for whatever reason
you get first round which is some technical some behavioral. 2 round pretty much the same thing. Very behavioral focused. Light technicals. The interviewers are really friendly. First round is only two people and second round is 3.
The first half of the interview session is a technical session and no material to read through so just Q&A. It is mainly about the commercial marketing and banking industry.
The second half of the interview is commercial awareness which require candidates to read through material and pick one of the three articles that you are interested in and share your views on it. Each session takes around 30 minutes in a group of around 5 candidate setting.
I did not prepare for it so I did not perform well. I would recommend those who are interested in should read more recent business news and do some basic research on the Citbank CMB background and the first stage should not be too difficult with enough preparation.
