    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Citi.

    Interview

Very quick process, 3 stages for the summer internship, the same for full time. Good to know many languages - big selling point for Citi. They tend to select people from top universities, love Oxbridge, LSE, Science Po, etc. Read FT before the interview, they like hearing about the deals that Citi did recently

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY (US)) in January 2015.

    Interview

Very Easy and Standard, some of the employees were following a script and looked uninterested beside a young one who came up with his own questions and that was the best part of the interview, original, hard problems. As an engineer I had fun at this part as he was asking questions that neither he didn't know the answers to. He appreciated my quantitative system analysis approach and we stayed in contact afterwards

Phone interview followed by a boxing day with 4 face to face interviews with associates/VP. The process was shorter than usual because a pre-screen of candidates has been conducted by the university that sponsored some CVs to the HR division of the bank.
