I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Chicago, IL) in June 2012
Interview
First Interview was over the phone. I have never tried phone interviews so it was quite awkward. The Human Resources interviewer was extremely helpful not only in the process, but also in providing feedback. The next two interviews were done in person and were done very professionally. Background checks were also done very expediently.

Question 1
Describe a time that you were able to solve a problem that no one could.
First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.

There were 2 interview processes which included one over the phone that asked generic questions and the other in person with the branch manager. Very smooth process and heard back within a week.

Question 1
Customer service experience, what would I do in a difficult situation
I applied online. I interviewed at Citizens (York, PA) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process was hard for a teller position that wasn’t anything special. The interview was a bit rude. I was professionally dressed and have a degree in business yet she was short in wording and never got a call or email after.
