Clarke Solutions interview questions

The worst experience in the US! Me and one of the interviewer made an appointment at 10 am on October 22 one month ago. I also comfirmed it on October 18. However, this interviewer called me on October 21 at 10 am when I was busy for other things. While I told her that I will call her later, she just hunged up, and she told me that she rejected me because of my background. I am so disappointed because I prepared a lot prior to this interview and then I got this result. The whole experience also shows that how terrible of their management and the way that how they treat their potential candidates

Initial phone screening interview followed by an in-person interview. Not a lot of those annoying typical interview questions, mostly related to past experiences. More of a conversation rather than an interview. HR interviewer is extremely nice. It seems like a good environment with very friendly people.
