I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners
Interview
I had one over the phone interview and then was invited to fly to Boston for the final round. Had 4 interviews in one day (each with a behavioral and case) and then a 'lunch and learn' to learn more about the company. The case questions were hard (required field expertise and technical scientific knowledge), but the behavioral were pretty standard. I did not like that I was being interviewed by very junior people (i.e people who had only been at the firm 3 months or so) and the more senior interviewers typed emails while I worked through the math of a case! Can't decide if overall most of the interviewers were just rude or if part of the process was being a little intimidating.

What trends do you see in the pharmaceutical industry? What do you do for fun? Why ClearView?
I applied online. I interviewed at ClearView Healthcare Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
1 behavioral and 1 case study interview. Behavioral were common questinos: Why consulting, why Clearview, intro, a time you problem-solved, a time you worked with a difficult person. The case study was rushed, and it felt like someone was breathing down my neck. Market sizing and suggestions as to what actions the client should take.
Heard back the day after the deadline to schedule first round interview. 1 behavioral and 1 case. Then heard back within 2 days to schedule the final round which consisted of a strategy case and scientific discussion. Heard back within 2 days that I didn’t get the position. Quick response times and friendly people.
First round was a case interview with a consultant directly followed by a behavioral interview with HR. Behavioral questions were typical ones like "tell me about a time you made mistakes." Overall very respectful and pleasant conversation.
