Incredibly thorough interview process that left me feeling confident they held employees to a high standard of performance and behavior. When I asked them why they were so in depth with such a junior level position, out of mere curiosity, they responded that they aim to be methodical in the interview process and take time to carefully consider the people they bring into the company so as to find the best fit for each position. I was very impressed with the way they run the company.
