Applied online Phone interview with HR Not selected to move further, apparently there would be one more phase and that’s it. Phone screen was supposed to be 45 minutes, it lasted 8 minutes.

Probably one of the most unprofessional and incompetent interview experiences I have ever had. Applied online and received an email from the recruiter. From our email correspondance we scheduled a time to speak. She requested an 8am meeting time and asked me for the best number to reach me. On the day of our call, I not only changed my schedule but made sure I was available to speak with her. When the time of call arrived I recieved no call nor an email that she would be running late. I emailed her after I waited 15 minutes but recieved no answer. Thirty minutes later she emails me stating she had the wrong number which made no sense since she specially asked for my number via email. Additionally, I verified it was correct and it was listed on my resume and job applicant profile. I completely understand people make mistakes so I sent another email where I provided her with the number again and requested we reschedule. She suggested the next day at 8am. I agreed to the new day/time however since then I have not heard anything from her. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about rescheduling and if the position was still available to no avail. This was over a month ago. If this is any represenation of what to expect with this company, I am glad my time was not wasted again and I recommend you not waste yours either.
