Coalfire's recruiter reached out to me and said that I would be a good fit for a vacant position. The role was exactly what I was looking for and matched my requirements. There were two stages: initial screening telephone call with recruiter and another one with my team. It was conversational in style and informational.

Coalfire came to my university's IST career fair, where I met with recruiters and gave them my resume. They asked me to interview the next day, and later that night I applied for the job online through my university's careers page and Coalfire's website. A few weeks later I was invited to visit their Reston, VA office to meet the Security Engineering team and tour the facility. The team interviewed me, and less than a week later I received a phone call offering me the job.
