Four rounds of interviews. 1st call was recruiter screening. 2nd was with the department manager. 3rd team lead/ principal consultant with more technical questions. 4th call was with VP of department. The overall experience was not bad.

Very kind HR rep in first interview, truly carried out the company values and new a lot about the team and job.
2nd interview was rough, didn’t seemed like they cared to be there interviewing me. Too busy with their work.

Interviewed with HR. Interviewed with team members. Technical and personal questions. Interviewed with director. Very detailed trying to understand my knowledge level and strength. Interviewed with managing principal. Short and simple and to the point. Job offer received shortly after.

In your opinion what would make the control compliant vs non compliant.
Started off smooth. Prompt interviews, straightforward case study. Weeks passed after final round.
I received another offer and withdrew from consideration after accepting a different role.
Coalfire replied to my withdrawal email stating they had chosen another candidate. That left a poor taste in my mouth.
