I was introduced to the CEO through a friend, we scheduled to meet, he explained the technology of the company and their long-term goals. He seemed passionate about the company. I was then asked to meet with the COO whom I clicked with right away, and I liked his business acumen. He seemed to posses great people and leadership skills. He would be my direct manager. He didn't have an opening in sales, but after our meeting, he hired me to start the Channel Partnership Program for the company building relationships with resellers and partners.
