Simple cover letter and cv followed by phone screen and two interviews via gchat. One in-person interview with CEO. Very straight forward process, but that was years ago and the process may be very different now.

Interview
The process began by submitting a resume via email to a generic address (LinkedIn later added as a means to submit).
The first round interview (for those who qualify) was a 30-minute interview via a Google Hangout.
The second interview (for those who qualify) was in person.
It has been a month since my Google Hangout interview, however the position application deadline was lengthened multiple times. I have not yet received any response following my online interview, nor have I seen that they have hired someone for the position (website was updated quickly upon hiring for another open position).
