There was a large group interview away from the store with applications being filled out. Then I was called back for a smaller group interview after a few days.
The group interview involved working together to present a new product 'we had developed'.

This was during high school. You had to apply online and wait till they call to set up an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes and they ask about yourself. Current employment if any, volunteer work or school.

Applied online. Recieved a group interview invitation later that same day.
Interview consisted of an hour long introductory presentation, followed by one group activity and then the checking of ID, resumes etc.
There were approximately 30 applicants all together. In the group activity we sat at tables of 5-7, and were given a list of tasks we could encounter whilst on the job. ("A customer approaches asking for help. You need to re-fill the trolley bay," etc). First we had 30 seconds to number the tasks 1-7 in order of importance. Then we were given 5 minutes to discuss our choices with our table and construct a new list to reflect the whole table's beliefs.
