Phone call to set up and interview. They seem to really need people. Not sure if the job is worth it, though, and not sure about the turnover rate. I wonder how people actually stay for the entry level position hoping to work toward management and actually achieved that.
Dishonest about the actual amount of hours that would be required to become a manager. I felt pressured to accept the 'completely commission based' salary, versus opting to get paid a set amount every week.

The interview process was easy. The information provided was helpful. General questions. Accounting position therefore accounting questions, team work, attention to details etc. The interviewer was nice and made it comfortable.
