I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
1 initial interview with my manager, 1 with my director, and one with a colleague of the 2. 3 parts total. They were all very transparent and open about the expectations of the role and welcoming towards the fact that this was one of my first corporate experiences.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast in May 2015
Interview
They called and scheduled for a phone screening in about a week after i had applied for the position. The phone interview went pretty well with only some behavioral questions. After the phone interview I did not hear back from them for about 3 weeks and called them back to find out about the status. They then told me that they would be making their decision within the week on whom to bring in for the in-person interview. On Friday I get a rather confusing e-mail that sort of congratulates me for making it to the next round of interviews kinda. In this e-mail they ask me to participate in a survey that would give them some of my personal information that would basically determine if they would get a TAX credit if they hire me or not. They say it does not affect the application process but you never know. Either way I participated in the survey and it was clear they were not going to get any tax credit for hiring me. Regardless, I get an e-mail the following week from them mentioning that they are going ahead with some other applicants.

Question 1
Mention some of the steps you took to improve productivity within your team?
In depth interview that focused on basic marketing questions- anything you would know if you went to school for marketing or if you have worked in marketing for 2-3 years. There were a few people who interviewed me. I' not quite sure who they all were as a couple forgot to mention their names and/or titles. That was a bit odd.
