I received a call from one of the HR Consultants asking me to come in for an onsite interview. I met with three consultants, two assistants, and a receptionist. The portion of the interview with the three consultants consisted of seven behavioral questions. The remainder of the interview was more of a meet and greet with the rest of the department. When the interview was over, one of the consultants let me know that the next step would be a call from the HR Director. The very next day I received another call that the assistants and receptionist wanted to interview the candidates to "get a better gauge" of each of us. I ended up reaching out to two of the consultants asking about the salary range and neither could give me a confirmed answer of what the salary for the position was. Their excuses were "I don't have it right in front of me" and "I'll need to look it up and call you back." Seems extremely off-putting considering they are recruiting for the role. I even called three times within two days prior to my second interview and did not receive a call back. I'm very disappointed in how this turned out since I was extremely hopeful and confident that I was a great fit for their opening.
