Interview
No phone interviews, no remote hiring etc., common written test for everyone on sql, java, js etc. reviewed by CTO or future manager/team lead to determine placement (product development or service delivery). Followed by an interview with team lead/future manager to discuss written test and options. Sometimes technical interview is added somewhere in the process
