From start to finish the process was 6 months. I applied in February 2017, and interviewed in July, started in September 2017. After that the training classes started for 8 weeks.

Emphasis was on customer resolution and communication skills. They want to make sure you can listen and define how to resolve any conflicts clients maybe experiencing.

Application, assessment, phone interview, final interview with hiring manager. Final interview started with introduction, overview of the role, behavioral questions then Q&A. Time frame for the whole process was two weeks and got the offer call 2 days later

You have to take an assessment - it's the same one many ask you to take. It is not hard, just questions about personality and what would you do situations.

If a coworker was negative and it affected the environment, and people began to talk, what would you do?
it was really pleasant and they're very professional. I would definitely recommend others to apply as well. good company and very good staff. Good luck and i hope others get hired as well.
