it was a 3 round interview process starting with the recruiter, the hiring managers, and your technical assessment. It was a great experience; every person I interviewed was great and really helped me get to know them and the company better.
I applied online. I interviewed at ConnectWise in May 2023
Interview
The interviewers themselves were fine. Personality interview, interview with a manager, interview with team lead, and a technical interview. Technical interview is fairly extensive for help desk. Goes through Server Manager questions and other help desk related situations. Some technical questions that's basically supplemented by CompTIA A+ knowledge. The problem are the higher ups whoever is in charge of the hiring dates. I interviewed in May and got my estimated start date to be August. It later got pushed to November.
