Communicated through a recruitment agency. After the initial online interview, I completed a writing test and went for a second round of interview in person as well as a follow up online chat.

Were there any pain points in terms of processes at your previous workplace that you had to work through and how did you address the problem?
The interview process was not great. They can't make a simple decision. Tell me the reasons for rejection at least. No response doesn't help anyone. The position is still open.

3 interviews and 1 assignment. A small company with fewer than 10 employees including the 2 bosses in the office. No proper HR, HR role taken by management. Doesn't take constructive feedback as a chance to improve and choose to defense instead.
