Interviewed in Montreal for a senior java dev position. The process was supposed to take 3 weeks and I applied 1st week of June 2023. Went through 2 set of interviews excluding the one with the talent acquisition. First one was with an external engineer and it was a pair programming session using TDD and the 2nd one was with the team lead and main architect. The process took 3 months in total to get told that in the end they went with someone who had more experience in the industry with me and only because I had to tell the talent acquisition that it wasn't fair for me to wait a whole month since my final interview and I still don't know if they took a decision or if they even planning to take one ! I absolutely won't recommande this company at all, that was just a waste of 3 precious months and the company has no human values at all.
