Applied online, received an email within a week to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was followed by a personality test and a problem solving assessment. Within a week from the phone interview I was contacted to come in for an in person interview/project day which included a tour, 1:1 interview and brief role play to get a feel for the position. Everyone was very welcoming and the recruiter did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way.
