Process entailed recruiter call, take home case study, hiring manager call and 3 hour on-site interview. I was referred and received an invite to connect with the recruiter. This led to receiving a take home case study which was interesting and related to the role. After this and speaking to the hiring manager, I was invited on-site. The recruiters seemed unorganized and replied only after following up. I felt like I was guiding the hiring process partially. The on-site interview was pleasant and very engaging with technical and analytical components. I received a very informal rejection email after the on-site. If a candidate takes the effort to visit on-site and engage with multiple employers, there should be greater courtesy in handling the rejection. The team was stoic at points and came off as cold. Overall, credit karma has a great product but the interview process was disorganized and not of professional caliber.
