Initial conversations with the recruiter were pleasant and informative. When speaking with the hiring manager he seemed to have forgotten what he was even hiring for and asking questions not relevant to the job description. 15 mins before my next round of interviews that would last well over an hour, I received a cancellation with NO explanation. It took well over 2 weeks to hear from CK on anything. After the interview with the hiring manager I lost interest in the position but I will not be applying to CK any longer. They are a growing force in Charlotte, but it’s clear employees (and prospective employees!) are not important.

Interview
Very efficient! It took only 3 weeks to get an offer after I applied and only 2 weeks after my initial phone interview. The process started with a phone screen, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, and concluded with back-to-back video interviews with four other individuals within the organization. There was no activity or presentation required, just the interviews. The experience overall was extremely positive and the recruiter was responsive, open, and helpful.
