I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crew (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
First interview was a phone screening, second interview was a video call with the same recruiter. She was very professional and friendly. She was able to answer any questions I had. The third and final interview was with someone higher up and treated me the same way. Overall was great.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Crew (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2021
Interview
I first met a recruiter at a college career fair and then submitted my resume. Next I was contacted for a 30 minute phone interview with behavioral/situational questions. After this was a group interview where we worked on a case study provided by Boom Lab. We were pulled for short one on one interviews, and the overall experience was actually really fun. You definitely get out of it what you put into it with this company. It took some nudging on my end to get through the end of their recruiting season, but the recruiters were always gracious and helpful about it.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crew (Saint Louis Park, MN) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. I first had a 20 minute phone screening interview. The interviewer was nice and asked general questions about interest in the position, educational background and answered questions pertaining to the position. Next was a case study interview. We worked within a team with 4-5 other applicants to complete a case. The applicants worked together to solve the case and in between applicants were pulled out fo the room for a ten minute interview with a staff member.
