At first, there was an HR interview, then a phone interview with hiring manager followed by in person with hiring manager and others. Tour of the office was great. Nice space but lots of people - they might have to move soon. Growing very rapidly. Tight security measures, probably due to the nature of their field

IT phone screen, hiring manager phone screen, then onsite interviews for a half day. Also had a challenge assignment that took about 2-3 hours to write consisting of 3 functional/technical questions that outlined a scenario that I had to resolve.
