Interview
It was simple. Basic information was given. There was no ability to ask any questions at that time. It would be easier to eliminate in the hiring process if simple q&a could occur.
They called it an interview but it was actually just a webinar promoting their brand.
Learned during this "interview" that the position title was a lie and that everyone started as an "individual agent" AKA salesperson.

they sit u in a room and do a presentation with other people. not sure why they would need to see the company and not tell you why you should work for them
