The interview process at CA is VERY thorough. I went through seven interviews before getting an offer. This process included a presentation and a meeting with the CEO. CA takes hiring very seriously and it is appreciated. You are given the opportunity to speak with people in many different areas of the company (but still relevant to your position) and at many different levels of management.
