CustomCare Homecare interview questions

I submitted my resume online in response to an ad on Craigslist. Within two days I received a phone call asking me to interview the next day. I went in for the interview and was invited to a "2nd interview" which was going out to meet with the family that i would be working with. Upon their approval I started two days later.
