The process consisted of two phone interviews. The first call was with a legal partner and the second with a legal partner and the non-legal partners. The questions were simple. I recommend asking a lot of questions during the calls to ensure that potential employees as comfortable with the business structure and practices prior to accepting a position with the firm.

Did two video (remote) interviews. They were short but both people I spoke to seemed very friendly and professional. The interviewers mainly discussed the role and what they were looking for to become more well rounded.
