Worst Low quality Interview , most of the people attended are High school grads and also don't even know to speak english , most of the bluff and interviewer like those people who don't know English (they are hiring based on emotional aspect , so please include some sad stories in the Talk so more chance to get hired ) very unprofessional organization with zero value and ethics

I applied for the bilingual position of the same role and obviously had to answer questions in both languages to demonstrate proficiency in them. Most questions were the typical questions a candidate should expect for this type of role. I did have to give a few examples of when I had to go above and beyond to deliver satisfactory customer service or demonstrate patience with angry callers

Zoom interview with two people. Nice friendly people. Waited a couple more weeks to find out if accepted. I was accepted and training was 10 weeks long. Must be in training without missing a day.
