Interview
I found out about the position through a temp agency (Tek Systems). The reason I was interested because it starts of as a 2–3 week onsite training then fully remote afterwards. This is a 6-month contract with a high likely chance to being permanent depending on performance. Had an interview on 5/2/25 via Microsoft Teams and accepted the job offer 5/5/25. The interview was very relaxed. They defiantly recommend you use the STAR method to answer the questions.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and what are you looking for?
Tell me about a situation in which you had to adjust quickly to a significant change in your organization, department or team, and how did that affect you?
Can you describe a time when you worked out a disagreement with a peer or another team member?
Can you give me an example of a time when you had to adjust how you were speaking to a fellow teammates so that you so that they could better understand you?
Can you tell me about a time when one of your external customers was displeased with something you had done? How did you resolve it?
How do you feel you deal with stress? What are some of the techniques you use to overcome?
Describe a difficult decision that you recently made at work? Walk me through your decision making process?
Tell me how you would approach a situation where you were not going to complete a task before the deadline. What would you do?
Typical behavioral based questions. All interviews are still done via WebEx. Not easy but not hard. Wish they would elaborate more on the role and what the day to day looks like. Overall pleasant experience.

Tell me about a time you had to compromise to work out a disagreement
Very typical. Most of the questions were very common and you can find them anywhere. I used glassdoor to prepare and I would do it again. Went from recruiter to another one then hiring manager.
