Had a 30 minute HR call with basic questions and an overview of the role at Dalio Philanthropies. Did not move forward after this so unaware of process. And I keep going to get to the 30 word minimum.
Extremely long process that feels unnecessary. Same questions asked by different people. Ended up feeling insulted by higher ups who were close minded and closed off to different backgrounds of those applying

Interview
Long and incredibly opaque - interviewed with 10 different people over 3 months (including one onsite) only to receive a sudden and vague rejection email. The onsite is drawn out and purposely intimidating. Company clearly didn't have the position fully flushed out before beginning the interview process.
