Interview
I had an on-campus interview with someone from HR. She seemed more interested in knowing what other companies I was interviewing for than my own qualifications. She then proceeded to spend more than a third of the "interview" basically reiterating the job description. Although I was told that I would be contacted within two weeks, I never heard back from her again, despite repeated emails.

Good interview overall. Must be prepared
A curve ball question was thrown in that was tough to snswer. Note was given the question and 10 mins to prepare.
Ensure you have read the job spec through and have a good understanding of the company background and Johnson and Johnson

The interview started with a test and which you then discussed with a few of the engineers on the team. Questions were asked on how you got to certain answers and what the kind of thought process was. I got a few questions wrong and they guided me though it.
