Las entrevistas fueron todas muy flojas. En las entrevistas habladas no paraban de decir lo mucho que trabajan, como cambian de contexto constantemente y que necesitan que "te pongas la camiseta". Te das cuenta que te van a explotar, un trabajo demasiado intenso. Luego, la entrevista técnica fue hacer una mini API, la hice completa, pero me corrigieron cosas muy subjetivas que no demuestran absolutamente nada de experiencia. No deben ser seniors reales corrigiendo los ejercicios. Además de que les tuve que pedir feedback y tardaron mucho en devolverlo.

Hacer una simple API, endpoints con filtros
Nettes Gespraech mit dem Hiring Manager, auf das ein kleiner Case folgte mit ein paar Fragen zum Ende hin. Alles in allem ein wohlwollender Prozess und sympathisches erstes Interview. Bin gespannt auf den naechsten Schritt.

Interview
Step 1: Call with recruiter
Step 2: Take-home assessment focused on Node.js and SQL, not a hard challenge, and it was similar to real-world problems.
Step 3: Architectural review with engineers that are part of the team you're joining.
Step 4: Call with the CPO.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive the offer; the feedback was they decided to move with somebody else for this position, and because I had short tenures on my resume, they didn't feel I would be in the company for long (which is sad because I've been a customer since 2019, and I was really planning to stay in the company for at least 2 years).
But the recruiter was great; she was transparent about the process all the time. Kudos to her!
