Nettes Gespraech mit dem Hiring Manager, auf das ein kleiner Case folgte mit ein paar Fragen zum Ende hin. Alles in allem ein wohlwollender Prozess und sympathisches erstes Interview. Bin gespannt auf den naechsten Schritt.

Step 1: Call with recruiter Step 2: Take-home assessment focused on Node.js and SQL, not a hard challenge, and it was similar to real-world problems. Step 3: Architectural review with engineers that are part of the team you're joining. Step 4: Call with the CPO. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the offer; the feedback was they decided to move with somebody else for this position, and because I had short tenures on my resume, they didn't feel I would be in the company for long (which is sad because I've been a customer since 2019, and I was really planning to stay in the company for at least 2 years). But the recruiter was great; she was transparent about the process all the time. Kudos to her!
