Phonecall, then in for a meeting with recruitment team. I met three of the team, who I didn't feel were particularly nice and didn't give me the impression that I would want to work there. There was very little structure to the interviews. It seems that they don't invest in their recruiters or recruitment technology and also have a high churn of recruitment staff - I guess due to low investment in recruitment tech and also the expectations of the team. It was quite a relaxed interview but I left not wanting to work there - mainly due to the recruiters that I met.
I also received 0 feedback, which considering the time I gave up I feel is unacceptable.
