I've applied online and the HR team contacted me 2-3 weeks after I applied. I had a first interview with an HR recruiter and another interview with one of the managers. Those were held a week apart and after a month I received the feedback.

They’re looking for confident people. Just convey that you’re an easy person to strike up a conversation with. If you can’t do that, this job isn’t for you. You don’t have to be super knowledgeable on tech, you will pick it up over time by listening to your coworkers and getting coached.

Interview process was fast, had only about one day of prep time. Technical questions were mostly based around SQL - joins, stored procedures, functions and creating packages. Several statistical questions were also asked such as statistical correlation. Behavioral questions asked were in relation to times you were challenged by someone and had to stand up for yourself or a time when you challenged someone and had to concede to their point..

Tell me about a time when someone on your team challenged you regarding (very specific thing I was the team expert on). This was difficult because since no one else on the team knew anything about this topic, I had never been challenged.
