We spent 6 hours talking in total, so very extensive time while I had pay for parking as the company doesn't have parking spaces, plus 2h spend on travelling.
People seem friendly with well defined things to do on the job, but unfortunately afterwards I didn't even heard from them, what's negative side of this endeavour.

Informal chat. I got a good impression from the people who interviewed me and was made to feel welcome on the day. It lasted around 45 minutes and they made me an offer thereafter. All in all quite efficient process

Short phone call about previous job and experience. Somewhat technical but not overly detailed. Lots about fit, culture etc. Did not make it past first round so cannot comment about rest of the process in much detail
