Interview
First, there was a basic phone interview with a recruiter. Then I had an interview with two managers. A week later, I went in for another interview with two senior managers. Everyone was really friendly and nice.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
