Interview
Had to submit an application which was very short (took less time than most companies). Followed by a psychometric testing. Then there were two rounds of interviews, round one consisted of group task followed by a 15 minute interview and round two was a 30 minute interview with one of the partners.

Mostly basic behavioral questions, was surprisingly laid back.
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
