Interview
The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Had 2 calls setup with Dara the CEO or CTO, one of those First one, he emailed me and the recruiter saying he wanted to meet, then minutes before the meeting. just cancels. no nothing, wasted time Second one, we rescheduled and AGAIN cancelled 1 minute before the meeting with no email no heads up no nothing. The company has not respected anyone else's time other than their own. and after interviewing with MANY companies i have to say this is the ONLY company out of maybe 50-100 I've interviewed at in my lifetime that has had THIS much disrespect for it's candidates. I do NOT recommend, i can only imagine the kind of culture that exists if this is how they treat potential candidates

Couldn't even get to the questions part, the team/leadership of the company was too unprofessional. No disparage to the recruiter I worked with, they did what they could. but wow Delphi i am just so taken aback at how bad this experience was. Really have never experienced anything this bad

Interview
Recruiter pulled my resume from Monster and called to see if I was interested at a job as a contractor at another company. I had two phone interviews with the client after an initial phone interview with the contract company.
