In any company after clearing hr round and manager round you got the job is 99% direct round is a formality to introduction but in this company director also takes the interviews as junior officer . There Recruiter and manager has selected me but the director has rejected saying we already have a core team and we are just adding additional sources. They called me for an on-site interview for two days and wates my time. It's an Direct insult to their own manger who has experience in the field and felt I am qualified. Kindly make sure what are your requirements.

There is an written assessment and I was shortlisted. Post that received an invitation for f2f interview. On the day of the interview I was informed by HR that it is canceled as the interviewer is going on leave. Later I was informed interview will be scheduled but on a later date I received and email station that I was not shortlisted.
