DesignWorks Collective interview questions

Very very very long with no pay off. You will interview with anyone and everyone you might be working with. It is unclear who makes the decisions. Some of the interview questions did not seem relevant ie: what is your favorite color, what is your favorite smell? One particular interview dragged on and on into two hours long which is hard to manage if you are still working full time. She did not seem prepared with questions and would ask super random things. When you have interviewed with 2 other people before this without a break it is impossible not be exhausted/not on your A game after speaking to people for 4 hours. process dragged out for 5 months.
