I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Designs for Health (Connersville, IN) in Apr 2026
Interview
Very simple and straightforward process. Quick and clear. Friendly staff and recruiter. Clear on expectations, pay, and benefits. Feedback was not slow and a decision was made quickly. I felt like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me
Interview process was 3 stages. With different levels of sales leadership.. took a while to hear back in certain areas, but it was overall decent experience. The structure of the questioning between rounds of interview was a little confusing, but Overall, I feel like if you met well with the interviewer, the process goes smoothly

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone screening for a few days later. The conversation was good, and the recruiter appeared straightforward on communication and job / location expectations. We agreed to move forward and schedule a discussion with the hiring manager. We bounced a couple emails on scheduling, and then that was the last I heard. Poor communication, and a poor experience overall.
