Deutch interview questions

Three rounds of zoom interviews including screening with a recruiter and various team members in other departments. Last interview was with department head. Recruiter did provide feedback at my request

they asked me to do bunch numerical verbal and reasoning tests but then Never gave me feedback on them or if I had been successful and two weeks later they sent an email saying I had not sent the necessary documents in Tim after passing their tests.
