3-hour interview with behavioral and technical questions. TMAY, why DB, why Investment Banking. Exercises on merger models, treasury stock method and questions about LBO models. Questions about BidCo structure for LBO.
One interview then AC, first one was with someone from a different department so the questions were mainly personality and work related, then the AC had a few technicals but mostly applied to see your understanding of the whole advisory process
