The process is quite long and thorough. It takes about 3 months from start to finish. First you apply online. then call in and do a voice audition. Next a brief interview with HR lady. Then you submit typing test. Next second interview with another lady, Then a group interview with Senior agents where you ask any and all questions you have.
At the end of the interview if you are chosen you continue to the next phase. You watch a bunch of videos about the work, expectations that is done by the owner of the company as well as a video about work ethnics. You must respond in writing if you want to continue. After that there is another interview to go over final info. All hiring paperwork is sent electronically and you are sent to a local lab for drug testing.
Final meeting is with the tech to set you up for training. Its long and very thorough. They really want to make sure you WANT to work for them. This is not a process for someone looking for a little something to do. There is a lot of time and money spent in training.
