      Content Strategist Interview

      17 June 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Perth, Western Australia
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dilate (Perth, Western Australia) in Mar 2021

      Interview

I interviewed at Dilate in 2021, and thought it was really well done. I was kept in the loop every single step of the way - there was never a time when I was left wondering what was happening next. After submitting my application, the first step was a quick phone interview with Tara, head of HR. Then I had a video call with my potential new manager. The final step was to spend some time in the office to meet the team and directors. I was made to feel so welcome, learned about the business and the different roles, and got a real feel for the vibes. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient the process was, and appreciated that communications were continuous throughout the duration. Easily the most enjoyable interview experience I've had.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dilate (Perth, Western Australia) in Oct 2021

      Interview

I interviewed at Dilate in October 2021. I found the process a really positive one. Once I was shortlisted, my interview was scheduled for the following week. I was very nervous going in, but was struck how at ease I felt so quickly. I was introduced to everyone in the office, and everyone made me feel really welcome. The necessary questions were asked, but I appreciated the time Dilate took in learning about me more as a person. I left the interview feeling really positive about it. I received a job offer two weeks later.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked about what aspects my 'ideal workplace' would have and why. I think this is important because having your own values align with the company's greatly influences job satisfaction.
