Very unprofessional and unqualified recruiters. Too busy posting holiday pictures on LinkedIn, or celebrating the next person they decide to hire from London. In a market where qualified senior HR professional are scarce, I would strongly encourage this company to adopt a more professional recruiting standard and focus on the candidate experience rather than hiding behind a social media facade!
