I applied online and got an invitation to interview within 2 weeks. The invitation set a fix time and date and the interviewer did not bother to reply once the candidate confirmed and proposed some modes of connection. The interviewer promised to send notifications to all candidates within 2 weeks and never get back nor respond to follow up emails. The whole process was really disappointing and unprofessional HR practice. The funny part is after a month from application deadline and all interviews were conducted according to the interviewer, the post appeared to be actively advertised again. And quick google research showed that this happened for a few times already. Well, if you are unable to fill the position, review your requirements and the recruitment procedures. It seems like you don’t know where you are heading to, at least within this evaluation department.
