Interview
Choose carefully before applying for a role within Docusign Dublin. From the outside, everything sounds great - the company is experiencing tremendous growth and they have a wonderful portfolio of products. However, from the inside things aren't so pretty. I went through the entire interview process with them just recently and I can tell you that it wasn't a good experience. Even had I been offered the role (which I wasn't), I would've likely declined since I didn't feel that they had any interest in their people. You will be just a number there, and I could imagine that they'd cut you without hesitation should you have a tough quarter. I say this because this is a reflection of the way in which they communicated with me throughout the interview process. When you do things well (like the onsite or the roll play for example) they are very quick and polite to respond to progress you through, however the moment you don't they go silent. This was demonstrated again after my final call with the SVP- they simply left me hanging after my final interview and didn't even provide feedback as to why I wasn't a good fit. Now tell me, would you want to join a company that doesn't provide feedback or help you develop, after you've made an investment in them? I certainly wouldn't, so do tread carefully, but if you do choose to go down the interview route, then here is what to expect...

Interview
I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
